CANCELLATION POLICY
It’s important to understand to cancel appointments within 24 hours. Without giving enough notice, Im unable to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out. All clients agree to the following policy: If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” - You will be charged 100% of your service fee of the Appointments that are booked. Appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance. Not confirming your appointment does not count as cancelling your appointment.
